We make a plan for you 1-2 weeks in advance that works for you and your lifestyle. Weekly check-ins on zoom, email, or text to add to the plan and make adjustments based on the previous weeks & current life factors.
Do you have a lot of questions but are not sure you want to hire a coach just yet? I'll answer your questions via zoom for the set amount of time you choose.
